Job Description:
About the Role: This is an awake overnight shift Thurs- Sat
11p-7a As a Residential Specialist, you’ll provide direct care and
support to individuals with disabilities in a home environment.
Using a person-centered approach, you’ll empower clients to engage
in daily life, make choices, and gain independence. The pay for
this position is $20.00 to $20.65. Location: Lakeside Who you are:

problem-solving skills. Responsible, reliable, and take pride in
creating a positive environment. A typical day will include:
Provide hands-on, person-centered care in a residential setting
Assist with daily activities like personal care, hygiene, eating,
cooking, cleaning, getting dressed and undressed, mobility, and
personal organization. Encourage independence by supporting
individuals in achieving personal goals. Create a safe, respectful,
and engaging home environment. What you’ll need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED Six (6) months experience working with
individuals with disabilities Valid California Driver’s License,
current auto insurance, and a clean driving record. A passion for
making a difference! We’d love it if you: Are bilingual in English
and Spanish Have experience using case management systems (Therap
