Job Title: Vice President of Sales Location: Remote, US (San
Diego, CA preferred) Company Overview: An award-winning clean

solar-powered platform provides renewable electricity,
communications, and lighting to remote sites or when disasters
occur. With 6 years of design and development, multiple pilots, and

State of CA's Energy Innovation Network. We are seeking a strategic
sales leader to capitalize on strong product validation and drive
accelerated revenue generation. Position Overview: As the first VP
of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the sales
strategy and processes while building a best-in-class team. This
ground-floor opportunity allows you to define the playbook for an
innovative category creator that analysts project will transform
the over $25 billion global market for portable utility equipment.
With the credibility of our leadership team across clean tech,
engineering, and resilience industries, you can leverage existing
relationships to unlock customer conversations. You will target key
accounts within public agencies, first responders, the military,
and critical infrastructure operators. Customers value the
product’s capability to restore connectivity and coordinate
emergency/disaster response efforts with rapid off-grid deployment.
By consolidating the functions of generators, light towers, and
network infrastructure into one solar-powered platform, it delivers
immense value compared to alternatives. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy for a $25B untapped
market. Meet aggressive revenue targets through a consultative,
enterprise sales approach. Build and lead a lean sales team to
penetrate new accounts and scale deployments. Capitalize on
management’s existing relationships with key decision-makers.
Provide feedback to inform product development and market
positioning. Qualifications: 7 years selling B2G/hardware products;
startup experience preferred. Background in clean tech, industrial
equipment, networks, or related industries. Existing network with
California government, equipment rental, and first responder
leadership. Outstanding communicator comfortable articulating
complex value propositions. Relentless determination to open doors
