We manage hundreds of long-term and vacation rental properties across San Diego County and are expanding rapidly. We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our residential management portfolio. This is a consultative sales role for a disciplined professional who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and closing business. Compensation: $95,000 to $105,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: What You'll Do Follow up on company-generated leads Prospect and develop new property owner relationships Conduct in-person and virtual consultations Present Penny Realty's management solutions professionally and confidently Negotiate and secure signed management agreements Maintain an organized CRM pipeline tracking Collaborate daily with leadership and property management staff Contribute positively within our structured accountability system (EOS) Qualifications: What we expect Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience Strong closing ability and comfort asking for the business High-level written and verbal communication skills Strong organization and follow-through Professional presence and integrity Full-time, in-office commitment Alignment with company systems and processes Requires your own vehicle (with mileage reimbursement) This is a full-time leadership role focused exclusively on growing Penny Realty's property management portfolio. Outside employment or outside real estate sales activity is not permitted.
