processes. Key responsibilities -Sales and business development:
Prospect for new clients (e.g., real estate agents, lenders,
attorneys) through various methods like cold calling, email
outreach, and networking to build a pipeline of potential business.
-Relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term
relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and
generate repeat business. -Client education and consultation:
Present escrow and title services to prospective clients,
highlighting benefits and tailoring solutions to meet their
specific needs. -Market and trend analysis: Stay up-to-date on
industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to
identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
-Administrative tasks: Track sales activities, manage client
accounts, and meet sales goals. -Event participation: Attend
industry events like trade shows, conventions, and seminars to
network and promote the company. Required skills and qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with a preference for the real
estate, title insurance, or financial services industries. -Strong
understanding of real estate transactions and the escrow/title
process. -Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal
