is a hybrid position located at our Santa Ana, CA location. How you
will contribute Our Director of HCM Sales oversees a team of Sales
Executives. This position attracts, hires, coaches, mentors,
andretainshigh performing Sales Executives in small business sales
cycles with both net new and named accounts. Drivesrevenue through
new client acquisition, current client penetration, meeting or
exceeding all sales targets and performance metrics. Lead, inspire,
manage, and mentor experienced sales executives to maximize their
individual potential and professional growth as well as ability to
function effectively as a team. Build a culture of accountability
and urgency by transparentlyleveragingmetrics and reporting to
drive the right behaviors. Develop a deep understanding of our
product messaging, technology platform, partner ecosystem, and
competitive landscape. Cultivate an environment of teamwork,
openness, creativity, and continuous improvement. Support
andassistsales executives with all aspects of the sales process
including client presentations, proposals, contract negotiations,
and finalclose. Develop andmaintainaccurateforecasts.
Identifytopics and partner with salestrainerto plan product and
competitive training sessions. Build excellent working
relationships with all key business leaders, colleagues, and
broaderteam. Listen carefully to prospects and clients to provide
market feedback to the Product team and help prioritize
functionality needed to drive sales opportunities. Partner
withProfessionalServices team to provide newcustomersa seamless
on-boarding experience. Creativelyidentifyand help drivenew
programsto improve the sales organization. Collaborate with other
senior leaders toestablishstrategic plans andobjectives.
Qualifications Previoussuccess as a SaaSsoftware sales leader.
Payroll and HCM experience preferred with a focus on small to
mid-market targets. 10 years software or SaaS sales experience with
a focus on consultative solutions selling. 5 years sales management
experience in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment.
BachelorsDegreepreferred. Keen understanding of the SaaS model.
Salesstarand masternegotiator. Experience working cross
functionally, bridging the gap and relationships with Marketing,
Product Marketing, Finance, HR etc. Driven Achiever You thrive on
challenges and have a proven history of successfully leading teams
to crush quotas andobjectives. Proven ability to recruit, train and
scale against aggressive growth targets. Demonstrated ability to
accurately forecast sales results using Salesforce. Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $115,000.00 -
$130,000.00, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry
knowledge. The compensation package also includes an uncapped
commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee
