Job Description Job Description Sales Manager – Saber Foundation Repair Compensation – $120,000–$135,000 base salary, plus annual bonus tied to profitability Location – this is an on-site position and will work between the Los Angeles or Vista, CA locations at least 1-2 days a week and will typically be in the field the other 3 days. Leadership & Team Development Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable (LMA) Communicate and cascade the company vision with clarity and purpose Remove obstacles and create an environment where your team can succeed Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new sales team members Conduct weekly team meetings, one-on-ones, and ongoing sales training Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable Manage performance, conduct reviews, and partner with HR on performance-related decisions Create development opportunities that support long-term career growth Sales Performance & Strategy Meet and exceed company sales goals and key performance indicators Coach and develop individual sales representatives to maximize performance Use performance data to identify training needs and drive results What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is a confident leader with a strong sales background and a passion for customer experience. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred 2 years of sales and/or sales management experience, or equivalent proven success Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer service principles Construction industry experience preferred but not required Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills Proficiency with computers and standard business software Ability to travel up to 50% of the time Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record Physically able to perform light lifting as required A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Why Saber Foundation Repair?
