Responsibilities:
--- Contracts
--- Teach database and COI marketing
--- Command training
--- Train 1-3-5 and 4-1-1
--- Coaching
--- Group Coaching
--- Teach lead gen
--- Weekly accountability
--- Ability to teach sales scripts mastery
--- Actively sells

Qualifications:
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Real Estate sales experience
--- 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS preferred
--- Team player
--- Coachable and trainable
--- Desire to grow personal Real Estate business
--- Commission opportunity
--- Good communication
--- Attend ongoing KW training and events
