A company is looking for a Product Designer focused on Customer
Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver intuitive, consistent customer-facing
experiences across all channels
Create and maintain detailed customer journey maps to identify pain
points and opportunities
Own the full design process from discovery to delivery, including
user research and prototypes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or service
design
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end digital experiences or
service blueprints
Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and user research
platforms
Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards
(WCAG)
Familiarity with agile environments and cross-functional delivery
teams
