Job Description:
A company is looking for a Category Lead (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee development and execution of sourcing strategies for
specific Category Groups
Drive the sourcing process, including supplier identification and
negotiation
Lead cross-functional teams to implement cost reduction strategies
and monitor performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or Engineering
Five years of progressive related work experience in sourcing,
supply management, or legal
CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) preferred
Experience with strategic sourcing practices and supplier
performance management
Project Management experience and skills preferred
