Job Description:
A company is looking for a SOC Support Specialist for a weekend
shift in the Mountain or Central Timezone.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Address partner security concerns with timely and informative
responses
Lead calls with partners, facilitating communication and
collaboration with the SOC team
Required Qualifications
Must be located in the Central or Mountain time zone and be able to
work Tuesday through Saturday
Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity with a commitment to
continuous learning
Strong ability to prioritize daily tasks
Enthusiasm for working collaboratively and contributing to a
successful team
Basic understanding of Networking and SIEM tooling is preferred
