Quality Assurance Packaging Tech
The Quality Assurance Packaging Technician is responsible for
visual inspection of dental products and their related packaging
following specific operating procedures and compliance with cGMP
for Class II medical devices. 1st shift working 7:00am-3:30pm
1.Perform basic visual first article, in-process and final
inspections per blueprints and/or other written specifications
using designated inspection tools such as 3X Magnifier and

inspection dates, results, in log entry format to ensure accurate
product history records for each product inspection task

Manager of out of tolerance conditions or un-acceptability of
product based on specifications in QA acceptance activities.
10.Perform general quality inspection tasks and other
work-related duties as required.

High School diploma or GED required; some college or technical
A minimum of two (2) years quality assurance mechanical
inspection experience or technical training in inspection and one
(1) year quality assurance mechanical inspection experience
Minimum six (6) months experience with reading blueprints
Basic Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close
vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth
perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
