We are seeking a seasoned Supervisory Manufacturing II for our Sunday shift, to oversee and enhance our production processes. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving production efficiency in our pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Oversee the manufacturing process and ensure production meets health, safety, and environmental standards. Supervise a team of production personnel, ensuring proper training, scheduling, and evaluation. Monitor and analyze production data to identify improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing strategies. Maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies including FDA and EMA. Collaborate with other department leaders to optimize production schedules and resource allocation. Enforce quality control standards to minimize production errors and maintain product integrity. Proven leadership and team management skills Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Ability to analyze production data and improve processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with regulatory compliance and quality control Medical Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred ISO 9001 certified training advantageous
