paramount. POSITION SUMMARY Establish timely planning and
scheduling sequence and lead times of each operation to meet
completion dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
Arranges orders into a sequential work schedule. Examines
production specifications and capacity data to determine production
processes, tools, and resource requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare production schedule by translating sales
forecasts and customer orders into sequential work schedule.
Analyze production specifications and capacity data to determine
processes, tools and resource requirements. Plan and schedule
workflow for each production department and operation according to
established production sequences and lead times. Review material
requirements and initiate purchase orders for raw material.
Communicate and collaborate with appropriate departments to
optimize raw material inventory levels in order to meet production
schedule expectations. Confers with department supervisors to
determine status of assigned projects for on time delivery. May
expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to
meet unforeseen situations and/or conditions. Prepare and generate
planning/scheduling production reports to support production
activities. Review material resource planning May prepare lists and
purchase orders to obtain required materials, tools and equipment.
Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions
from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand and
follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and
procedures, goals and objectives, and accepts constructive
feedback. Other duties as assigned, requested or needed. POSITION

Education and Experience: High school diploma or General Education
Development (GED). Minimum 2 years related experience, including
ERP/MRP systems or equivalent of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge of raw materials,
production processes, quality control and other manufacturing
processes. High level of attention to detail and thorough
completion of work tasks. Knowledge of project management processes
preferred. Ability to actively listen to instructions and possess
effective time management skills. Ability understand and follow
standard operating and safety procedures. Ability to prioritize and
handle workflow. Read and comprehend verbal and written

salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on
several factors that may include but are not limited to the type
and length of experience within the job, type, and length of
experience with the industry, education, geographic location, etc.
