Job Description Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla has served

/ Per diem role (8 hour Day shifts) - at our Scripps Memorial La
Jolla campus. On Call shifts are required a few times a month. Join

looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support our
Cardiology inpatient department at Scripps Mercy San Diego. Ranked
1 in San Diego by US News and World Report. The Nurse Practitioner
will provide clinician expertise while rounding with Cardiac
procedural patients, ranging from approximately 10-15 patients per
day. The ideal candidate will have a Cardiology, Cath Lab
background, be self-directed and able to work independently. Having
previous experience with the following structural heart procedures
such as TAVR, Watchmans and MitraClip is also preferred. The Nurse
Practitioner, through involvement in clinical consultation and
direct patient care, assesses and improves the patient care process
for a defined population along the continuum of care. Why join this

complexed PCI Required Qualifications: - Current California RN
License - Current BLS certification with the American Heart
Association Healthcare Provider - Current ACLS certification with
the American Heart Association Healthcare Provider - Masters degree
in nursing and nurse. - Five years recent acute care experience in
cardiology or ICU with demonstrated leadership experience. - Must
be able to manage cardiovascular patients. - Must be able to speak,
read and follow instructions in english, excellent interpersonal
skills - Maintains medical staf credentialing as an allied health
provessions. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum of one year in the
advanced practice role preferable in cardiology. - Relevant

Position Pay Range: $72.71-$105.41/hour
