Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: San Diego, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,001 to $2,190 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Registered Nurse – Home Health assignment with Neogen Care in San Diego North, CA. 13-week contract Day shift (5x8, 8a–5p). Duties include providing skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in home settings, coordinating care plans, and documenting in OASIS. Guaranteed 40 hours/week if 25 visits completed. Mileage reimbursed per IRS rate. Requirements 1 year Home Health experience (geriatric) OASIS experience required BLS/CPR certification required California RN License preferred (pending accepted) COVID-19 & Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions allowed) Locals accepted at travel rate Benefits Mileage reimbursement (IRS standard) Competitive hourly rate Flexible schedule (Tues–Sat or Wed–Sun) Supportive interdisciplinary care team
