Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist to perform
telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes for Medicare
members.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform telephonic outreach to enhance health quality outcomes
Optimize pharmacy therapy through engagement with providers and
pharmacies
Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Pharmacy
Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of
Illinois
3+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
3+ years of patient consultation experience
2+ years of proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based
environments
