Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist with Prior Authorization experience in a PBM environment.
Key Responsibilities

Review and complete criteria based on prior authorization as per policy and procedure
Serve as decision-maker on prior authorizations
Ensure proper processing and maintenance of all prior authorization paperwork

Required Qualifications

Prior authorization experience in a PBM/Pharmacy Managed Care setting
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Pharm D
Active pharmacy license in good standing
Basic computer skills
A sufficient/private work area for business during work hours
