Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payer Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development of payer management strategies and direct
ongoing activities
Partner closely with various internal teams to ensure execution of
market strategy
Monitor and manage the ongoing success of payer partnerships,
including communication and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or
related field required; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in
payer account management or value-based care operations
Deep expertise in value-based care strategy and payer
operations
Ability to manage expectations across multiple stakeholders and
develop high-quality materials
Comfort working in a fast-paced, ground-up business build with a
strong bias for action
