Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Advisor Growth and
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain productive relationships with external and
internal partners
Recruit Advisors and assist them in identifying acquisition
opportunities
Oversee the creation and implementation of business plans to reach
new markets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a leadership role within broker-dealers,
RIAs, or Wealth Management
2-4 years of experience in a director-level capacity focused on
advisor growth
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 4-7 years of relevant
training or industry background
Preferred licenses include Series 6, 7, and 65/66 or willingness to
obtain
Familiarity with clearing firms (LPL, Schwab, Fidelity) and
proficiency in Microsoft Office and Access
