Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and be ready to tackle a variety of tasks, from ductwork to system controls. Key Responsibilities: Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and refrigeration piping. Safely remove and replace equipment, ensuring all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety. Complete installations and repairs according to municipal codes and company protocols. Provide a stellar customer experience on every job, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the company vehicle. Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry standards and technologies. Accurately complete all required documentation for each job. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer. EPA Certification (Type II or Universal). Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Proficiency in HVAC installation, including electrical wiring, controls, and piping. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, and kneeling. Comfortable working in various environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, and confined spaces. Ability to travel locally to job sites as required.
