Job Description Job Description Job Title: Medical Assembler - $22 - $24/hr Weekly Pay Job Description Join our team as an Assembler for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily in a clean room environment. This role involves the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, production of medical devices using a microscope, and operation of various equipment and machinery. Responsibilities Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications. Follow manufacturing instructions and update job documentation accurately for traceability. Prepare products for packing and sterilization. Inspect products using a microscope. Ensure compliance with GMPs. Set up coating machines and perform coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters. Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations and perform testing. Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods. Identify and replenish supplies. Build components needed for top-level work orders. Complete required cleaning activities. Essential Skills Proficiency in English at a medium level. Comfortable working with chemicals. Open to using microscopes for inspection. Willingness to work overtime. 1 year of experience in medical device manufacturing, ideally with microscope experience. Familiarity with cleanroom, gowning, and degowning processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications High School or equivalent education. Experience in the pharmaceutical or aseptic formulation is a plus. Why Work Here? Candidates must be comfortable standing throughout the shift. The work schedule includes two 30-minute breaks—one off the clock for lunch and another on the clock. Be prepared to work extended hours and weekends as needed due to high demand. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
