(HEM-1378) Confidential UHNW Household Overview Our clients are
seeking an accomplished, high energy, and exceptionally resourceful
Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to
dynamic Principals who are active in business, philanthropy and
community leadership. This role delivers full spectrum executive
and personal assistance, ensuring the seamless management of
professional responsibilities, social commitments and lifestyle
operations. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted right
hand, maintaining the highest standards of discretion,
organization, and responsiveness while coordinating closely with an
established team across multiple industries. The position is
primarily based from the Principals’ private home office three days
per week, with flexibility required as needs evolve. Key
Responsibilities Provide 360 degree executive and personal support
to the Principals. Manage complex calendaring across professional,
personal, and social commitments. Oversee communications including
email correspondence, calls, and follow ups. Coordinate and plan
meetings, events, and philanthropic engagements. Arrange detailed
domestic and international travel itineraries. Track initiatives,
programs, and key relationships across business and charitable
activities. Maintain accurate records, databases, and VIP CRM
systems. Liaise seamlessly with internal staff, vendors, and
external partners. Execute special projects and additional
responsibilities as requested. Qualifications Minimum five years of
experience supporting senior executives or UHNW principals.
Professional presence with a polished and positive demeanor.
Exceptional verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management
abilities. Demonstrated accuracy and meticulous attention to
detail. Ability to multitask effectively within a fast paced
environment. Independent problem solver who is proactive, flexible,
and resourceful. Experience managing large volumes of information
and tracking multiple initiatives. Familiarity with VIP CRM
platforms and standard productivity tools including Google Docs and
Sheets. Commitment to long term placement and continuity.
