This position will perform clerical and administrative functions required to drive company success. The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.
Responsibilities

  • File All Paperwork & Organize Files
  • Review Escrow Docs & Distribute
  • Review Sales Docs
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Speak with Spanish Speaking Customers
  • Handle and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule and confirm meetings
  • Follow up on Leads/ Calls
  • Manage All Marketing
  • Digital & Print
  • Social Media
  • Facebook
  • LinkedIn
  • Instagram
  • Print Advertising
  • Villa Park Magazine
  • 2 Magazines in Yorba Linda
  • Daily Cold Calls
    Qualifications
    • Fluent in Spanish & English
    • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to multitask
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
