Job Description Company Description Bifrost Medicines LLC is a
biotech startup focused on groundbreaking therapies including for
Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). We are committed to advancing
innovative treatments that improve patient outcomes and address
unmet medical needs. We are seeking someone with experience in
raising capital for a pre clinical AML asset. We partnered with one
of the leading academics in the genetic mutation form of AML. His
previous work led to the development of a multi billion dollar AML
drug that is currently on the market. Join us in shaping the future
of AML therapies. Role Description This is a contract hybrid role
based in Santa Monica, CA, with complete flexibility for remote US
based work. The primary responsibility of the role is to secure
capital for the company’s growth and development efforts.
Specifically, the person should have existing contacts in the
biotech industry. We are seeking capital to take the asset out of
the lab and into the clinic. This includes preparing investment
pitches, engaging with potential investors, and maintaining
relationships with stakeholders. The role will also involve
collaborating closely with academic team to align funding
strategies with the company’s research and development goals.
Regular reporting will be required to update leadership on progress
and milestones. IMPORTANT : Please note that the compensation
structure: initially stock option until closing of the Series A
fundraising. At that the point, the compensation includes both cash
and stock options. Qualifications Strong Sales skills, including
the ability to craft compelling pitches and presentations tailored
to investors. Experience in biotech investment sales to connect
investment opportunities with scientific innovations. Exceptional
communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Proven
track record in raising capital, particularly for biotech startups,
is highly advantageous. Background in biotechnology, life sciences,
or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Strong
organizational and project management abilities.
