Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims QA Auditor Lead to oversee the daily operations of the Claims Quality Team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor the Claims Quality Assurance Team, implementing performance improvement plans and training auditors
Review audits of claims for processing accuracy and compliance with standard processes and client plans
Compile audit reports and identify quality improvement opportunities, partnering with leadership and training teams

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in a claims examiner or quality assurance role in healthcare
Detailed knowledge of relevant systems and understanding of processing principles
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience with automated and integrated claim adjudication systems
