values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a
week.What we do:Assist the Accounting and Reporting Department by
leading certain aspects of the month-end and quarter-end close
process. Assist in the production of accurate, complete IFRS
financial statements and the many schedules that support these
financial statements. Manage certain G/L account reconciliations
and G/L balances on a monthly basis. Run the income tax compliance
process for the company ensuring timely filings and coordination
with external accounting/tax firm. Manage the Accounts Payable
function ensuring the timely processing of invoices.What you can
do:Assist accounting/finance management with the compilation and
production of financial statements and disclosures under IFRSManage
the Accounts Payable functionManage the Income Statement General
Ledger account balances pursuant to IFRS standardsPerform and
supervise G/L account reconciliationsDevelop journal entries (e.g.,
period-end accruals) to adjust G/L account balances applying
accounting knowledge and recorded account activity of the
periodAssist with the review and/or posting of journal
entriesAssist with producing KPIs and other financial and
operational metricsAssist with the period-end closing process, that
would include tracking and updating schedules and organizing
activity to be shared within the accounting groupManage
communication (emails, Teams meetings and face-to-face meetings)
with other departments and cost centers to procure information
essential to accounting duties and the financial reporting
processAssist with the Fixed Asset (PP&E) tracking and
depreciation schedulesManage the entity's income tax
complianceParticipate in the year-end audit effortsSupervise
assigned accountants, including time off requestsAssist with
department organization and trainingMay require up to 10% of
domestic and international travelOther duties as assignedWhat you
can contribute:Bachelor's degree in Accounting requiredMasters in
Accounting or MBA preferredA minimum of 7 years of corporate
financial reporting or public accounting audit experienceA minimum
of 2 years managing people and or a functionWorking knowledge and
application of IFRS and/or US GAAPPast experience performing
variance analysis of financial account data and account
reconciliationsPast Accounts Payable experience, prior oversight
preferredExperience performing income tax returns for corporations
(working knowledge necessary)Past experience compiling financial
statements under IFRS or US GAAP, including producing supporting
schedules and disclosure statementsExperience accounting for Fixed
AssetsAbility to demonstrate and perform effective communication
(written and verbal)Experience with SAP HANA S/4 and Tipalti is

licenseAbility to research complex accounting questions and provide
guidance to managementFamiliarity with federal income tax returns
of corporations, including R&D expensesExcellent verbal and
written communication skillsProactive delivery of communication and

forward-thinkingProficiency with MS Office SuiteIntermediate to

V-Lookups)Base pay offered may vary depending on skills,
experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is
also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.The pay
